I've been addicted to this smoothie recipe for months. It's a really healthy combo, and helps out when I'm feeling nauseous or not wanting to eat in the morning.
1 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1 tsp honey
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
Put all ingredients in a blender and GO.
