Garlic Butter Salmon


This is not the most appetizing picture of my food I've ever taken, but I had to document it somehow. I've been very into seafood of all kinds, and this recipe is no exception. 


INGREDIENTS 

1 1/4 lb salmon 
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter, cubed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat over to 375. 

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the lemon juice and minced garlic. Add in butter until melted, then remove from heat. 

Place the salmon in a piece of foil large enough to fold over and seal. Using a brush or a spoon, brush the salmon with the garlic butter sauce. Season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Seal foil packet. Place foil packets on oven rack. 

Bake the salmon for 12-14 minutes or until firm. Open the foil and allow the fish to broil for 2-3 minutes. 

Serve
