Family Pictures

Our family pics were such a fun time! Not to mention one seriously hilarious series of unfortunate events. 

So first of all, it started raining on our picture day. After all of the planning and squeezing we did for our schedules to fit this in, it started raining. 

Then, I had decided to scrap my outfit and Maddie's outfit last second, about two days before pics. 

Thanks for the added stress, self. I ended up finding an awesome Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply Co dress for me (FIND IT HERE AND ON SALE!) and I made Maddie's dress. 

Also two days before pictures, Roman got a black eye and Lincoln had an eczema breakout. 

One day before pictures, I got a terrible cold. Swollen eyes, cough, headache, runny nose. Oh good heavens. It was something else. 

Then as we were heading out the door to drive to the location, the strap on my dress broke for no apparent reason. 

Oh man. It was such a clusterfuck, all I could do was laugh. 

So fitting for a family of six kids and chaos. 

We did our pics with the amazing Alisa Hayes Photography here in Bend. 

She was so fun!

Great with the kids, and lord knows not everyone can handle six kids, super easy to chat with, very comfortable session.
