Back Workouts

I love this diagram - it's easy and clear to see which exercise works which muscles.
Get a sexy back, ladies!
I did this workout yesterday and let me just say how effective it is! I can feel each of my back muscles.

Here's a pic in case you like to keep it on your phone! I added a few of my own.

Homemade Healthy Jalapeno Poppers

I love this recipe for snacks and parties! Delicious jalapeno poppers without the fat and grease.

You will need:

2 pkgs of crescent rolls
sliced jalapenos
1 block of 1/3 fat cream cheese softened

Spoon a small amount of cream cheese onto the crescent rolls. Top with a couple jalapeno slices.

Roll it up!

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes!

Breakfast Bites

Do you ever get to busy/tired/lazy to make yourself a good breakfast? You end up grabbing something on the way out the door or eating you kids' cereal? This is a recipe I love for breakfast - you can mix it up in so many different ways!

You will need:
8 egg whites
4 whole eggs
4 slices of fat free ham sliced into strips
1 cup of skim shredded cheese
1 tomato chopped
1 avocado chopped
1 handful of fresh spinach chopped

1. Put ham into a lightly greased muffin tin, so it wraps around.
2. Put a small amount of chopped spinach.
3. Add some cheese.
4. Avocados!
5. Don't forget tomatoes...
6. Beat all of the eggs together, pour into anything with a small spout (like a Pyrex), and pour into each cup.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 350. The tops will be fluffy when they are done.
